How to Order from Educational Essentials on our new site: Please note new Freight terms

If you are an existing EEL account holder or wish to open a new account ( School's Playcentres,Kindy's etc) you will need to register first - simply fill in the registration page complete with password and you will be contacted shortly to advise when your credit account is active on the website

Personal shoppers are welcome, you can simply order and pay by payment express (credit card)

School Pack orders for your child - DO NOT REGISTER - Simply shop as a personal shopper and pay by credit card ( payment express) - All School pack orders are delivered directly to your child's school

Bulky or Large Items (Scrum Machines, Gym Mats etc ) may incur an extra freight charge depending on size and area to be delivered to- in these instances we will contact you when your order is placed to advise the extra freight cost prior to dispatch/delivery. You are also welcome to arrange collection of these items by your own Freight Company.

If you see a product with a zero price, it will mean there are size options etc and the price will show under the options when chosen

All NZ School's and Educational Institutions have a pre-approved credit account with us, if you do not already have an account simply click on the Registration  tab and fill in the required fields

Account holders simply log in, ( you may need to register if this is your first time using the website) place your order and it will be charged to your account

Casual shoppers are welcome but credit card payment is required prior to dispatch. You will only be charged for items that are in stock and dispatched

Orders are processed the same day they are received and dispatched by couriers or nz post. Delivery should be 1-2 days in the North Island and 2-3 days in the South Island

(please be aware Rural Deliveries may face a delay beyond our control and some areas such as Waiheke Island do not fall under our Freight Free deliveries)

North Island Orders are freight free over $100.00, South Island Orders are freight free over $300.00 ( freight charges are $10.00 North Island and $25.00 South Island)
